"it's like a super saiyan bargain sale" question, getting it

Hey guyz, im having a namekian and I can't seem to get the "it's like a super saiyan bargain sale", does it drop ONLY when u have a saiyan using SS on, I guess so, cus I did over 60 tryes and nothing came out. If some1 got it on any race different than saiyan or human with SS, pls let me know, otherwise I'd think it's dropable only on those 2 races, cus I never had that long grind till now.

Only Super Saiyan, once you transform into that form, Vegeta will say that famous quote, and pray that RNG will auto drop for you (it means you don't have to defeat Vegeta to drop it).

You can either use Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, Super Vegeta, or Super Vegeta 2 to trigger it.

Just pick a non-custom that can go super saiyan. Vegeta, Goku, Trunks, Goten, Vegito, Gotenks, etc. It's not that hard.
