NO SUPER VEGETA!!!

I can't get super vegeta, I did Parallel Quest: 16 over and over again and I still don't have it.

I Did all of these steps:

Super Saiyan Legend – Defeat Frieza’s henchmen and all forms of Frieze. Kill all henchmen, then one Frieza appears DO NOT fight him, go to his ship find Gohan and Killin ask Krillin to help you, bring him out the ship, let Frieza kill him, then Goku will appear, allow him to fight Goku for a bit then he’ll transform, that should drop SSJ1 form for free, now let the fight drag for a bit and Vegeta will show, somehow, let frieza beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of Vegeta, then you should get SSJ Vegeta Form as a drop, if Vegeta, doesn’t get weaken enough he won’t do it and upon defeating Frieza, he’ll say “looks like i didn’t have to use my full power".

And still when I defeat frieza It will say: Finish, Clear.

Can someone PLEASE help me!

Suggestion: Forget about super vegeta and go get Super Vegeta 2 which is far easier to get.

Uhh, pretty sure you're supposed to beat frieza before vegeta goes super vegeta, been too long since i bothered with that annoying PQ though

It is, but imo its actually worse if its the same as super saiyan 2 differences to the normal super saiyan

Everything is right up until Vegeta comes out. You let Goku spawn and go SSJ and then let Vegeta come out then go balls to the wall on Frieza. Vegeta going SV is RNG after that and it happens AFTER you beat Frieza. So:

1. Beat up all of Friezas minions
2. Go inside the ship and get Krillin
3. Let Frieza kill Krillin
4. Let Goku spawn in and go SSJ
5. Let Vegeta spawn in
6. Kill Frieza
7. Pray the RNG gods are with you and Vegeta goes SV
8. Pray the RNG gods are with you again so you can get the SV drop

Oh that might be one of the ones that's given by a NPC around tokitoki, if its cell saga its probably teen gohan.

As for PQ38 or any missing PQs. Run around TokiToki looking for NPCs with a blue ? above their heads, those are your missing PQs

One would think that interneophytes would have learned the phrase "balls to the wall" from 8 Bit Theater or something.

The desire detector will prevent you from getting any drops that you are actively seeking. As soon as you stop caring, your chances get better.
