The dragon ball drop is pretty random, you can farm PQ 12 for a good time and get nothing, then get several dragon balls in a row...
although youll need to kill3 first before you know if a patroller spawns where in 12 you know it at the start.
PQ2 has easier enemies, but when you're throwing max level ki attacks either or is going to die fast.
PQ12 you can literally keep restarting at the start until they show up, and restart if you don't get a dragonball. In PQ2 you have to spend at least 1-2 miniutes beating the first Z Fighters.
CaC: Any
AI: None (you don't get a Dragonball whenever an AI ally lands the last strike).
Z-Soul: "I'll take you down!" or "You can be the first victim." for full Ki at start.
RNG: Patroller spawn (takes ~2 seconds to realize whether he's there)
How to: Just fly over to the spot where the patroller spawns... then talk, aim and unleash your Super/Ultimate to (probably) one-shot him.
Mission: You'll have to beat Jeice/Burter and Guldo/Racoome on two maps, then Ginyu will spawn.
