How do I take a pill during battle

I have "Q" set up on my keybroad automaticly to take a pill during battle. I also have that button automaticly set up on one of my attacks. How do I change it so it's only used to take a healing pill during battle.

I figured it out. I press R then take the capsule. Thanks for your help...
