The best evasive?

Are jump forward/back the best evasives, since they're 99% free you from any rampaging ultimate, even if no damage?

Vanisher Guard is hands down the best evasive. It literally stops everything, will last just longer than the duration of Symphonic Destruction, and can be canceled at will. It doesn't move you, or knock the enemy back, but that's just fine considering that it's damage immunity is flawless for the entire duration. Also you stand there looking like a bad*ss while you do it.

If you wanna test it out, it's SS4 Gogeta's evasive.

Mach Dash or Vanisher Guard. Either will serve you well.

It depends on what you want, In PvP if someone is skilled enough they can block the damging/knock back evasive skills making it pointless. However the computer will just do it's own evasive skill to cancel yours. So unless you want the benifit like Angery shout that gives you a bar of Ki then i would say a jump out might be best.

I haven't tried too many evasives but from the ones I have tried the best for me are Spirit Explosion and Super Explosive Wave, you get SEV from Piccolo but I have no idea how to get Spirit Explosion, I think it's from a PQ, I just saw it in my inventory one day.
