what do you have to do exactly to make cell show up when you defeat 17 and 18 because ive done this stupid pq over and over again killing all the cell jr.s and killing 17 and 18 in less thant 3 minutes and i know those stupid souls most likely drop after they revive. such a pain.

It doesnt come from Cell, it comes from Android 17, just fly through the portal and beat it out of them. The ultimate finish is kill all 3 cell Jrs in the first area then the androids but you dont need to.

Ugh, I was doing this quest earlier and after a couple dozen tries, I couldn't get either of the Z Souls to drop, despite getting the Ultimate Finish and a Z rank. However, i did manage to get Dr Gero's hat and several pairs of his boots.
