Great Saiyaman helmet

Can anyone tell me on how to get the great saiyaman helmet? I'v heard on 3 different ways to do it but none of them seem to be working. I just want to know if there is actually any proof on one of these ways besides just doing PQ30 over and over again. I'v heard Gohan can show up on PQ30 before the frieza and cell fights, but where is he and who exactly do I kill before? and I'v heard you can get it in PQ31 after killing all the mini buu's. But you have to talk to Videl if she shows up, is that true and if so, where does she spawn?

her is the easiest way,

1- get in the pq ( easy enough for now)
2 - in the starting area, use your scanner to scan for npc,
if none are there, get in a portal , and kill the stuff in there
3 - get back to where you scanned (starting area) and scan again
if no npc go in another portal,
4- kill stuff and get back to starting area
scan for npc again
5- if none are found restart the mission, ( or finish it if you want a chance on the sayaman gear)

6- talk to Gohan he will give you the helm

You can also get it in PQ 31 "Majin Chaos" from talking to Videl.

She spawns in the Suburb area.

PQ30
After kill 6 enemies go to West City Industrial Sector (starting area)
Great Saiyaman will randomly appear as an NPC. Just talk to them.

PQ31
After ultimate finish chance trigger, Videl randomly appears in West City (Suburbs) area (You'll have to go through this area so you cann't miss).
