Yeah I'm wondering about that. I thought it was tied to the story campaign but I never got one.

edit: you have to beat the story to get it. also, it's rng.....he won't always give it to you. got to keep an eye out for when he has a question mark over his head

Yes it does. Once you beat the game, there will be a robot as part of Taino's Taino Force posing with the others across from the Offline Parallel Quest desk. He'll give you the Time Patroller Outfit after some time; he'll have a green question mark over his head.

once you get to the piont that the "taino squad" is complete go over to them and use all the chat emotes/poses (in the chat list it has all ginyu poses, spirit bomb poses, etc). then talk to the robot guy. he should have a "?" over hius head. he will give you all 3 pieces (chest, pants, boots). you may need to talk to him once to get the "?" to pop up.

if after you talk to him he doesnt give you them, do a quick PQ and go back over there. he should give you them now.

taino squad is located across from the OFFLINE PQ robots.
