Just lost a match to a guy using dark mixer, why? lol. He was also immune to dmg while throwing super electric strike but i chalked that up to being something like a Z-soul.... not darkness mixer... thoughts?

But if it's one of the moves of the 'dark characters' then I don't believe it's supposed to be CaC usable, in which case it's a hacked character.

Was it on a main character, or a skin unlock for vegeta or frieza? It's not hacking if the guy was just choosing from the character list.

It make you immune to melee attack(they take damage while trying to get close to you) while you charge up your ki AND stamina, and yeah it's a move of the dark characters.
