What does "clear in 10 minutes" exactly mean?

Im trying to do this in PQ31. Did it so often in under 10 minutes. I need 3-4. Does this mean, i have to wait to exactly 10:00 or before or after? Or just bad RNG and im fine with 3-4 minutes?

you have to finish under 10 minutes. Then Rngesus needs to bless you

Bad RNG. Sometimes you can do eveything and still not get the Ultimate Finish.

Just because you meet the requirements does not mean that the event will proc.

Events in PQ's is bound to luck. You have to have luck for the event to proc even if you meet the requirements.

Like the other said. Its rng to get the event to happen, then more rng to get the item you want, and , if you're farming clothes, you still have to pray so it isn't a duplicate

I asked, because its always "clear in UNDER 3 minutes", "clear in UNDER 5 minutes", BUT "clear in 10 minutes".

Yeah, sometimes something additional is required, like Krillin dying to freeza to cause goku to turn SS.

I am unsure if the rates are lower in some missions. I do know that some have special things you can do to increase the chance of it occuring. Like:

Defeating enemies in a certain order.
Waiting for certain dialogue to be spoken.

Such as the PQ "Legendary Super Saiyan." You beat Piccolo then Vegeta before Gohan. Wait for Freiza to say a line of dialogue about an ant trying to fight a dinosaure then take out Krillian. This gives you the best chance at having Goku go SSJ in this PQ.

Oops -- I mean, those requirements were met as well; in my case it's defeating Picollo and Goku first.
Edit: Unless the game's actually picky about -which- order you beat them in, too? And how much health Gohan has prior?

Actually here is a funny one. PQ10 Defeat Frieza's Army. This is actually Clear at the 10 miniutes mark OR LONGER. I can routinely trigger the Ultimate finish by waiting till 09"59 or less left on the clock.

Finish any faster and it won't trigger.
