Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks
Does anybody know how to get the Super Saiyan 3 gotenks costume? (not the evil one, i've got that one)

You don't. You have to start in your base form and then transform. Teen Gohan is the exception because they are re♥♥♥♥ed.

I know that already but the (base?) Gotenks they give you doesn't have the option to go past super saiyan, I'm just wondering how to unlock the one with SSJ3 in the moveset

Just keep on the story and PQ with SSJ3 Gotenks, it's like any character, meet him, beat him, play him.
