Tapion's Sword?

So, I just saw a guy with what looked to be Future Trunk's sword, so I found him on the Player List, and it lists it as Tapion's Sword. I've looked through the shop in its entirety, and every PQ, and I don't see it anywhere. Can someone enlighten me on how he might've gotten this? I also have the Season Pass, and know it's not part of the DLC.

A character from DBZ Movie #13: Wrath of the Dragon. It's implied that he's the one who gave Future Trunks his sword.

Interesting I didn't know about this since it wasn't listed in the gamefaqs unlock guide like the Time Patrol outfit, and Great Saiyaman Helmet which are also secret sort of. This makes me wonder if there are any other secrets given out by random npc's in missions. For example I noticed in the Beerus Destruction mission you can talk to Whis who asks you if you want to defeat the Super Saiyan God but I have not figured out how to do that even if I say yes. The mission always just ends after I beat up Beerus.

The only items you can find "in" missions that aren't listed are Tapion's Sword (PQ22), the Saiyaman Helmet (PQ31), and the Mustache Glasses (PQ50). Everything else is listed properly in each PQ's drops, or in the store.
