Best Strike Ultimate?

For PvE its blue hurricane hands down(Blue hurricane does the most damage in the game even more then ki moves. And its a strike ultimate). For PvP Spirit Sword, Victory Rush, Justice Combination are the best ones.

I use Victory Combination and Blue Hurricane. Victory Combination is a partially guaranteed combo past the first hit, and does good damage as well.

I go with Victory Rush and Spirit Sword despite the frustration that they don't connect as much as they should. I understand Blue Hurricane is the most heavy-hitting though it has a bit of a learning curve if you want to use it effectively in PvP.

There's a skill called Giant Storm, which basically summons a giant explosion under an opponent and does a whole lot of damage. Pair that up with Super Saiyan and you're unbeatable against computers. Trust me, I beat Beerus and Whis just by spamming it

But he's asking about Strike Ultimates, not Ki Blast Ultimates.

PQ 10 i think it is, you need to do the hidden condition and get ginyu force to spawn.

There's not really man Strike Ultimates to choose from. In PVP, you'll mostly see Spirit Sword and Victory Rush.

Blue Hurricane, Victory Rush and Justice Combination are really the only Strike Ultimates that currently are good and fully work as intended.

Though Justice Combination can be hard to get as it requires a drop from PQ 47 for Gohan and Videl mentor...

Is blue hurricane a rare drop? they won't spawn i've been doing pq 10 for a while now.

Mine are Spirit Sword and Blue Hurricane, both PVE and PVP.

As it turns out Blue Hurricane is a perfect counter for Victory Rush. Use it as soon as you see them using Victory Rush, they will only damage some stamina, as long as you have enough you won't get damaged/stunned. (about 2 blocks should be plenty depending on how fast you respond). By the time their Rush is finished, your hurricane will be up and twisting and they will be smack in the middle of it. I've not seen anyone survive this so far. There may be some other "teleport to enemy" attacks that can be countered this way, but I haven't done much testing in that regard.
