STuck in Toki Toki City
I just bought this game and I am stuck in Toki Toki City. I keep starting where Trunks gives me the intial conversation. Everything is closed or not open. Any advice please

You need to go around all the city sectors and talk to the people with a ? over their heads. Then you can continue the quest with trunks.

You need to walk around the city. You will see some NPC with a red ? or a purple ! above their head. Talk to them and return to Trunks.

Online services and in game stores will not open till you finish the Saiyan Saga in Story Mode.
