Cannot play offline/online, Registration not Open

Hello all,

I have just bought this game on Steam a few days ago. Immediatley once i began playing i was unable to access any online or offline content of the game. I go to the sector with the parallel quest terminals and all of them are either closed or registration is not open. The same thing with the vendor NPCs, all are closed. After several internet searches i cannot seem to find anything on my issue. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

You have to play some of the main story before you unlock multi-lobby.

any tips wher to start? Which NPC to talk ?

u need to talk to all special people (you can hear a sound if u pass towards them) the have a questionmark over their heads. if u done so go back to Trunks
