Kamehameha and Kamekameha

I'm talking about Goten. Any difference between those skills? and can you even get Kamekameha for your skills?

Also how do you get the second preset for Broly, I completed all PQ and story

the kamekameha can be a random skill in one submision.

Yes, it does less damage. But it builds quicker.

Kamekameha charges up faster, but does less damage. You get it from one of the end game PQs.

Kamekameha could be used as a finisher if you didn't have 3 bars and they are really low. That is if you hit.
