Does "Piccolo (Demon Clothes with Cape)" have arm equipment?
I've done PQ01 a hundred times and I haven't managed to get the arm portion of this item to drop. Does it even exist or have I been wasting my time?

No I don't think so. Several outfits lack hand pieces.

Well, I see something on Piccolo's wrists when I fight him in PQ01.
I really wish it'd just drop the entire outfit instead of one piece at a time.
This just artificially lengthens the game length.

I totally agree the clothes drop rates are utterly joyless and heavy handed.

Clothe rng is fine, its the event rng that breaks the game for most

It's both, really.

Like, my character is TOO powerful for PQ01 now. Sometimes I kill Yamcha, Krillin and Tien before I can build up a decent enough combo to get a Z rank and trigger Piccolo's appearance.

No gloves according to this guide. Don't Namekians have what appear to be red wrist bands just as part of their skin? I always thought it was part of him anyway, otherwise the entire race has a fascination with red wrist bands...

Well, ♥♥♥♥, there goes a bunch of time wasted. Thanks for that guide, at least.

No that's the red edging around the pink/orange spots on their arms. They have three rings of them around the wrists as well.

"Nameks are humanoids with slug-like characteristics, including antennae, light green skin, and pink patches appearing throughout their bodies (also, many Namekians are named after words meaning "slug" or "snail"). Elderly Nameks have darker green skin and less prominent pink patches (these appear to become dull-orange as the Namekian advances in age), pointy ears, and red rings, in which they have three red conjoined rings on their ankles and wrists, making them look like they have ankle bands and wristbands. In Dragon Ball Online, the new generation Namekians have a yellow face and a vertical line in the middle of the head. Most Namekians appear to be roughly the size of normal Humans, but King Piccolo, Kami, and Guru are all shown to have a height and size beyond normal humans. Namekians have four fingers on each hand in the manga and five fingers on each hand in the anime (and all games). Their blood color is red or purple (King Piccolo and Piccolo's blood was portrayed as red early in the series and Drum was the first Namekian ever to be portrayed with purple blood). "

Is that explaining why Gohan's suit have red wrists bands ? I'll never understand fashion in this world ...

Yes, Gohan has wristbands, Piccolo does not. It's just that simple. Maybe Piccolo figured having red wristbands would just feel redundant since his wrists are already red and he wanted Gohan's to be different.

Clothing RNG is not fine.

I'd say clothing set RNG is fine, meaning have the drop rate but the clothes drop as a full set rather than individual pieces, it doesn't seem like they're essential like other games' armor sets where it'd make sense to strive to find all their pieces. (like a full set gives you a unique perk like some Z-Souls do)

So I was right all along. Why start that with a 'no'? As your link says, they appear to have wrist bands. As I said, they look like wrist bands. They are a part of the body though.

Well if you want to change it, that sort of means it's not fine. The point is, the way the game is now, sucks. The drop rate is painfully low, compounded by event spawn chances. So there are three sets of RNG.
1. That an item drops at all.
2. That any event that drops an items pops.
3. Whether or not the item that does drop is the one you're looking for, out of the possible item pool..
