Why is there no Android race?

It wouldhave made more sense to add android since they are stonger than humans and even surpassing saiyans.

I'm not sure if they will make that or not. I do find their unlockable characters a bit short on availability. I do hope they come out with much more content.

Why not make an human and name him as an Android? That's what I did. Made 2 humans, one is named Android 25, and another is blue skin with white hair named Asiago (a type of cheese, which just fits the Ginyu force names of dairy products). The 2nd one will be used to troll people with Body Change. :)

YOu expect Dr Gero to make infinite androids? I think that would be the issue with them.

It's worth noting that Androids 17 and 18 weren't even androids at all. They were cyborgs. And viola... we have a practical idea of a 'human' transformation....

Gero is dead... really are no more androids....let alone a whole race of them. Current races are added because they exist in actual lore, though sayians are technically humans with a high level of sayian blood, hence why they do not have built in tails. Go read the DBO lore things make more sense =3

yeah but in this game the char we play as what wished into the world. So for all we know they are pure blooded.

This game was HEAVILY based on DBO we have the races we do because of that game, is primary reason for majin being a race. As for androids i really don't see them as vaiable, in order to be selectable race you first have to have a HUGE number to be considered a race.

Humans: Huge number of humans do exist, all over earth so this qualifies, also countless terran races in space.

Sayians: debatable if these are " humans " with mixed blood from DBO or pure blood sayians, either way they still qualify as a race, since could be in some time or era a massive number of sayian warriors.

Namek's: a whole planet full of the green slugs again they qualify because of the large number of namek's

Freeza Clan: is a weird one, on one hand nice to see them as a race, on other hand we know so little about freeza's race but this sort of implys there is a whole race of them out there somewhere,

Androids: were built by gero for singular purpose of killing goku, all known androids have been destroyed they do not have large numbers what so ever.

Perosnally i dont think they qualify as a race, nor meet normal qualifications that said its easy enough to make a human and turn them into an android.
