The ones you see around town are usally Npcs and not real players characters you can tell by looking at their things. But yeah i do hire then just incase its just a bug that shows them as random generated stuff its cheap as hell though for a lvl 80 1.5k zeni i just cant get rid of these stuff and if i cash in all my hercule badges im going to be at probably 20m
U actually can buy best gear and send a gift to low level players u meet, they would be pleased :)... If u manage to go full online
