It was the people that tested the regen vs the framerate that got it fixed, not nerfed, it wasn't working as it was intended.

You could have a look around the shops and see if the recipie for it is anywhere... :/

It sucks, it only procs so many times before it completely stops working altogether.

PQ32 for example, it will stop long before you reach goku and gohan

You can check the mixing shop under "z-souls" and check if you have the required mats to make it.

I have the recipe, but I don't know where your get everything to craft it

You mix it by getting the following Z-souls.

I'm an Android + Soul Infusion Capsule (not sure on the name, I never pay attention since I have so many of the things) - This creates Bwah ha ha, got you!
You then need You'll never beat an android, which drops from parallel quest Artificial Warriors (Iffy on the name but thats about it).
Fuse those two at a mixing station and bam, you have the bugged Z-soul. It's not supposed to heal 100% on EVERY proc, so you can be sure it'll get fixed at some point.

Also the guy who said it stops working is wrong, it will work all throughout a match, you're just getting unlucky with procs.

You craft it. Where do you get the materials? You either get them from PQs or you buy them from the items vendor. I wouldn't be surprised if this gets the nerf bat as it's pretty ridiculous in PvP and it procs more than intended. What DIMPS should probably just do is prevent z-souls from working in PvP altogether. That would save them a lot of time and effort.

It's not procing more than intended, the proc itself is what's broken. You can test it for yourself, get someone to help you in a player match. Hell, add me and I'll do it when I get off work. Have someone damage you, then just smack them with single hits until it procs and you'll see. It will give you a 100% heal, THAT is what's broken.

What needs to happen is they need to increase the proc rate by something like 2-4%, and at the same time drop the healing to only 5-8%. This will allow it to give a decent, but NOT overpowered, amount of self-healing via offense. If you can't get attacks off, you can't get the healing. And at the same time, it's still a CHANCE to proc, so it may not happen at all in some scenarios.

Regardless, it doesn't matter how it's "broken." The fact that the z-soul is broken merely explains why it needs to be fixed. I've fought a few in PvP using it and I had to resort to ki spamming just because they'd get their health bars back up immediately if I took damage.

Again, the simple solution is to just not allow z-souls in PvP. People wouldn't care nearly as much then.

doesnt stop working i believe it has a cooldown after so many procs but yea its bugged you shouldn't be using it... level up, get better, use differant tactics... i beat just fine with brolly z-soul and it doesnt even give me max ki ...

I almost destroyed some guy on pvp using it, then he hit me once and went up to full health....
I took his health to half again and it went up and he killed me
