FF/PK are both equal in strength and range above SK.
PK has invulnerability, but is the narrowest of the 3.
FF is the widest, fastest, and lasts the longest (More chances of tagging several foes at once). #1
SK is the 2nd fastest, almost as wide as FF, is great with combos, but is the weakest of the 3.
I use FF all the time and it's got me through all the difficult PQ missions that I would've failed otherwise. I use FF as my favorite, then PK as my second because of the fact no one can interrupt me while I'm using it.
In the anime FF was such a threat to Cell (Perfect) that he stood on the Earth so Vegeta wouldn't hit him with it. This is because it'd destroy the planet. But Cell (Perfect) took Gohan's ssj2 Father-Son Kamehameha head on.
Lesson today is Final Flash > Perfect/Super/Father-Son Kamehameha
But other Kamehameha's like ssj4 Goku's Omega Kamehameha and Gogeta's Big Bang Kamehameha versions are more powerful than Super Vegeta's Final Flash.
Hope this helps
Cant test Perfect Kamehameha yet, as I'm still trying to get frigging Cell to pop.
