What is Toki-Toki, the bird?

I don't quite understand what that bird is.
The only thing i noticed them say about it in the game is that
it is the best friend of the supreme kai of time.

I finished the game, so don't worry about spoilers. Tell me everything you know.

Toki-Toki is a magic bird, that has the ability to control time. His feathers are used on the time scrolls, so you can access the time period. (Go back and look at the scrolls, you'll see a feather hanging from it) The bird is supreme Kai of time's best friend because together they can control the flow of time in the universe, as Toki-Toki is the gate keeper of time, while the supreme Kai of time is the weaver of time

It isn't explained at all anywhere i dont think... maybe in the DBO game? but i dont recall him or the supream kai in that... its a good question though, some of it you figure out by end of the main story, with out needing any explanation.

Yeah I don't think the game explains that but it sounds about right. Demigra was after the bird in particular not Kai herself.
