Learning how to play the game? The fact so many were relying on this z-soul as a crutch in PvP was laughable in conjunction with regen items. It gave many bad players the false impression they were "decent." Now they actually have to learn how to play or just rage quit, which I'm sure some have already done. Good times.

Honestly the Regen capsule lasts a decently long time so as long as you use that when you need to and dish out a lot of damage you should be fine. I solo'd PQ 54 and 55 today to see how badly they nerfed it (on my human melee character) and only used one capsule more for insurance than anything else. At 80 with a good build and crowd control you should be fine on the end game PQs.

Although it is nerfed, I just want to try it. I have everything to craft it. I could craft wrath of a namekian (or what the explicit english name is). And now I have a soul echo device and double it but don't go higher but I can't craft the soul I need.
I completed Cell-Saga and did the first fight versus C-17 and C-18. I have the option to craft Kamicolo if I could craft the second soul but if I want to craft it, the z-soul (double it) doesn't show up.

The regen was broken, do to it being linked to FPS, so at 60 fps it was regening like double what it was suppose to. Actually its kind of garbage for later stuff i swapped it out for brolly's z-soul which gives me starting ki and, damafe reduction its working ok atm. the regen is pretty small now, compared to what it was, maybe if it stacks with a namek's regen might be useful? not to sure... is however a stance that makes you immune to stagger which might make the whole stunlocked a thing of the past though i'd argue that its probably way to strong...

It might be why I found it useful but it does stack with Namekian Regen

It was fixed, not nerfed.

It was erronously incrreasing the regen rate based on framerate...

30 fps is about what it is now I think?, 60 was more, 150 was just insane, you could outregen getting smacked in the face...
