x10 Kamehameha gets exactly 1 damage per point in Ki Blast Supers, that's 100 damage at 100 points.
Fully charging a Kamehameha gives a 67% damage boost compared to a non-charged Kamehameha, regardless of level or stat point investment.
Fully charging a x10 Kamehameha gives a 118% damage boost compared to a non-charged x10 Kamehameha.
I also have exact damage numbers, if you're interested. And yes, the x10 Kamehameha takes longer to charge.
x10 Kamehameha Meant more for punishing Stamina Broken Opponents and is also useful in bossing.
Both Kamehamehas benifit from Super Saiyan Transformation in the sense that you will vanish towards your opponent upon a full charge, thus x10 Kamehameha may be used as a surprise attack.
