I know for a fact that Gohans teen school uniform is already in the game i have it at lest the top with the H badge and what not on it

Yes, but you can't dress up roster characters with CaC equipment. This modder put the outfit on adult gohan as an alternative outfit. By this logic it might be possible to, say, take the fusion outfit textures off gotenks or gogeta and make it an equipable item for CaC to use.

That's my hope at least. Sadly I know nothing about modding,but if it's possible to mod costumes onto roster chars it should be possible to do it in reverse.

actually, the guy who did that did in fact take the CaC files and replace the goku and gohan files to have them have the outfit, the opposite should be doable, but won't look so good...if i give gogeta's outfit to a namek CaC he'll have regular skin xD

Would it be possible as a human/saiyajin exclusive outfit? Or would they be locked to the one skin tone? Also what about making the tails the SSJ4 characters have and making them (colorable?) accessories?

I've been busting my brain about this lately, but a thought came to mind - maybe the SSJ4 tails are attached to the pants. The same is true for Frieza clansmen pants, they all have tails attached to them. If this is the case, the it may be possible to recolor SSJ4 Goku's / Vegeta's / Gogeta's pants and tail and attach them to a CaC, thus giving them a Saiyan tail. Though, Vegeta's pants are a bit tight and might look weird on some characters, so you're better off using Goku's or Gogeta's pants.

I think having a set of pants with a free tail would still be a nice option instead of just the saiyajin armors with the wraparound tail, if it were possible. The only thing is, if you could recolor it, I imagine it'd recolor the pants and tail at the same time so you could end up with some odd color combos :P

not really, the tail has its own texture and the pants have theirs...but if we're gonna try and make them recolorable, that's gonna take a long while.
though i think i can replace the naked created character's torso with a ssj4 torso xD
