Gotenks not appearing ever

For the past 3 days ive been trying to get Gotenks to spawn in Tokitoki but for some reason he doesn't appear at all. I've finished the game and i just finished the quest defending Bardock. Anybody else having this issue?

For me is Goku, never saw him to choose as mentor. Gotenks appears every time for me.

I keep on seeing goku non stop. Im not even level 70 yet so i cant use him -.-

They should have had them all in one spot

Easiest way to find a mentor is to look at all the spawn locations, if not there just do an easy parallel like #2 since it can spawn a dragonball guy and they die in 1 hit and once you complete it the npcs in tokitoki will be reselected.

Gotenks is my favorite character in DBZ, I use all his skills in this game and the Z-Soul as well. I just wish Galactic Donut wasn't so unreliable as it's my favorite skill from the show, only really useful in group battles and to counter a ultimate.

Die Die Missile Barrage combos with pretty much anything and does a ton of damage tho. Also, Ultimate Kamikaze Ghost Attack teams really well with basic attacks.

I have yet to find a second ultimate to replace my Shocking Death Ball with tho.

Yeah i basically want to get the Die Die Missile Barrage. But i cant for the life of me find him spawning anywhere. Its so annoying.
