What's up with that... He's one of the reason Nappa got wrecked in the first place. And he's not in the game >.>.... Sad sad sad. We're missing so much.

Still I don't think Chiaotzu will be added, he didn't add much to the DBZ series along with a couple of the other hang-overs from Dragonball.

The game is great, how it is right now. Every fighter is unique, even the costumes are unique with their skill sets, that's saying something. Adding chiaotzu would be very generic, he simply literally has the skillset of a saibaman.

The other characters listed in this topic are also pretty generic to the dragon ball world, Yajirobe can't fly in the first place, all the chars on the roster need to be able to fly.

Unless you're Hercule/Satan in which case you get a wicked jetpack.

Agreed on Chiaotzu but I still think there is room to add a few more. Cell and Freiza forms could be fun, particularly Freiza's Walking Ridley Scott Lawsuit form. Could have his minions Zarbon and Dodoria too. Dabura would add interesting gameplay elements with his petrification spit - his sister's in the game, why not him too? Also Androids 16, 19, and 20 - Hell their costumes are in the game already.

I hope they sort out the unbalanced z souls and ssj transformations, not to mention the op ultras. After that they can nerf the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ evasive skills and stamina regeneration, because they pretty much reduce all depth in fighting to a spamathon! You can't do two moves without the com using his evasive skill making combos pretty much useless, and you can't really punish someone who uses ssj because his stamina will generate so quickly that any chance at stringing ,a long and heavy damage, combo impossible. It means your only choice is to fly around and spam ultras which makes fighting less fun and challenging.

The game devs need to realise unfair advantages to CPU is not the same as challenging gameplay. Like devil may cry or dark souls, challenging gameplay is through game mechanics that allow you to overcome the challenge with greater skill. Dbz on the other hand decides to throw x number of bad guys at you and expects you to protect incompetent ai.

And I would love a update in which they remove the infinite ki and energy from CPU, at least in offline mode. Right now it feels like a shallow fighter with some good RPG aspects.

Lack of characters is the least of the issues with the game. That being sad, the blatant dlc whoring from a community that have been supporting dbz games for a decade after the show finished, is out right shameful.

If we look at previous history, Dimps isn't too fond of Chiaotzu. I don't think we'll see him as DLC, or even make appearances in Xenoverse sequels.
