All Regen Shard for Freiza training.

Frieza wants an All Regen Shard, i don't have one. It's not in the shop, and its not a drop.... So i'm guessing i just need to grab lots of ! items from in quests. Anybody got an extra to trade me? I'd really appreciate it?

It is in the shop. Near the bottom.

Unless you didn't finish story mode.

Some PQ's drop it, you should be able to get it fairly quickly with some light grinding.

It's a common find via the scouter in PQ's. Think I loaded up 'The Namekian Dragon Balls' PQ (PQ8?) and got it first try.

Definately not in the shop, i'll try grinding on the low level PQs.

So got 3 more regen shards from namekian dragonballs, but not All Regen Shards. =(
