Super Saiyan 2 not dropping

I have completed the cell games with the ultimate finsih 15 tmes and the damn thing still has not dropped. All the posts I have read have been people getting it in 1-5 completions. Has anyone else had this kind of bad luck or is something bugged for me?

Edit: I finally got it. on the 36th ultimate finish. it really is that freaking rare if you have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ luck. Grinding Patrols is freaking pointless if that is the kind of rarity that is programed into the game.

Just keep playing the story mode, you will be able to buy it from the skill shop later.

I know you can buy it but I want to unlock everything and this mission is begining to make me lose my mind. As if the the ultimate is not hard enough it seems to have a stupid low drop rate.

Get used to it, it's gonna be even worse during higher missions. Trying to get Broly's costume, about 50 tries, only 2 pieces out of 4. It's a MMO after all.

I keep trying to get Frieza Saga Vegeta's chest armor. Keep getting pants.

That's RNG for you. I ran PQ53 about... 53 times to get Videl's shirt.

I got 6 pairs of her boots in the process. Women... :D
