Soul Eco Device
Is there anything specific that you have to do to get this? I have been grinding Explosion of Namek for a while now as it supposedly has it. I pick up every item I find and proceed to beat Frieza's ass but nada, I got a dozens of other stuff, a couple a dragonballs and a bunch of Dende's Z-Soul but nope, no Soul Eco Device. Is the RGN really that bad for this item?

PQ reward. Lots of them.

Like I said, I've been doing Explosion of Namek (PQ15) for a while now, but no such luck.

I mean it's a reward in many PQs. Do more of them, a Soul Echo Device should pop up sooner or later.

If you feel like wasting a wish on it, you could farm up the 7 dragon balls then make the "I want to get stronger " wish, which supposedly gives you a Soul Echo device and Soul diffusion device. Don't know if it's true or not, got that information from a website, and I have not tried it myself as I am working on getting the extra characters, ultimates, and supers.

Ahh, alright. I mostly picked PQ15 because it's rather easy.

I believe that only gets you to the next level only, even if you are 1 exp point away. Haven't tried myself.

Actually, according to the Guide on here you get...
"Obtain Z-Soul: "Soul Resonance Apparatus" 5x & "Soul Spreading Synthetic Device" 3x"

RNG is bad for every item. Could be I already have 2 of them. I"ll check ingame in a bit, if I have 2 I can gift one to you if you want. But only if I have a spare ofc xDD

And no, the wish for leveling up is "I want to grow!"

I have 7 of these. The majority of them being from PQ20: Multiple Cell Jr. Hunt. I've probably gotten 3-4 of them from that PQ alone trying to farm the Yadrat chest.

Sadly I just have the one soul echo atm. But if i get a new one today I'll let you know.

And yeah that's the wish to level up, didn't really read the quote he responded to xD
