Where is Mentor Vegeta
So, this may sound noobie (it may be..) but I don't see vegeta anywhere so he can become my mentor... I have a friend who is lower level than I am and he has not reached ginyu saga yet (while I have). Is there anything I have to do in order to be able to see him?
Thanks.

They spawn at random. Do a story mission or a PQ if you can't find him.

I've played A LOT of PQ, even playing as him or using him as a companion, and as for the main story, i just finished ginyu saga :P

What I meant is, if you can't find him at a specific time in tokitoki, do a PQ and then look for him again. Mentors are reshuffled after you go into a mission, there's only one or two at a time in the hub.

Leave the game and come back to it, run around the whole map, repeat if he isn't there. They spawn at random, and in random places. Meaning he "might" be somewhere on the map. Once you are his student he'll spawn in front of the spawn area.

EVery time you leave the hub area and return the mentor changes (usually) keep doing a PQ and coming back to search until you find him. took me a while before i finally found gotenks.

Don't even need to finish a PQ, just go back to town right after the mission starts.

Ohhh I see now, thank you very much, I'll do that!

Mentors shift around various parts of Toki Toki City and at times may not even be present. Your current mentor though, is afaict always present at a hard-locked location.

Don't forget to do a quick run of the Toki Toki area before opting to refresh the city via a PQ. It's still faster than the quickest grind-to-refresh PQ you can do.

Or indeed just do this.

You don't even need to start a PQ. You can actually just load a PQ up to the character select screen, then back out of it without starting it. Loading back in to TokiToki from the PQ char select screen is enough to refresh the mentors, plus it saves you a bit of a walk down those stairs.
