Cosmic Suit(Mecha Frieza?)

Just a personal suggestion, don't buy it if you want to look like Mecha Frieza, it's pretty disappointing and doesn't looks like Mecha Frieza at all, it looks like some derpy tight suit with some odd metal plates without anything special about it.

Only go for it if you want the stats.

Clothing store though it isn't hard to raise the money. Just keep doing the PQ 53 (that should be the Broly with getting Dragon Balls). Ignore Broly and go for the dragon balls and easy money farm.

All 4 pieces are available in the Clothing Store after you've beaten the main story, collected all the time crystals, and then beaten the extra story missions.

And I agree with the OP, this armor is pretty ugly.

So complete every misson? The game offers except dlc to get the cosmic amr?
