Is there any world tournament with the CPU?

One of my favorite modes from Budokai was world tournament. I would go against the CPU, play at my own pace, and imagine the characters talking trash, thus creating my own storyline. I only see the option for local multiplayer or the online world tournament. Please tell me I have overlooked this mode.

Nope, best you can do is Offline Battle against AI. Can't even do AI vs AI. Which is what is REALLY missing, and has been missing or a long time.

Perhaps something for Xenoverse 2, a "Space-Time Tournament," which would IMO be ideal for keeping current character assets while loading even more in... and more customization.

Wow. Thanks for the info anyways. Guess I can't make my way through the WT as Hercule and let my imagination go wild. Too bad. I was really looking forward to doing this.

a lot of people will be a lot less frustrated once they stop comparing this game to the budokai games.. just because they are both dragonball games does not mean t hey have the same features. budokai was a tournament style game, this is not

I agree, but if they are able to make an online world tournament mode why not just make one to go against the cpu. Its a no brainer, and probably isn't too hard to do.
