Can't find Vegeta (master)

So i've trained under vegeta , i did 2 quests under him ,then i changed master ,and now i want to get back to Vegeta and i can't seem to find him !! been searching for a day -.-
Any help ?

i think its a random encounter chance so just go betwean areas and maybe he will show

Masters and quest givers move about randomly. Do a quest if you can't find him, he'll eventually reappear.

I think they apperel randomly.
I haved Vegeta then Giynu and now im back with Piccolo

He reappreared , now wants my to get the im strognest in earth Z soul !! i can't seem to get it ! XD i keep getting S or A on the quest and i dont get the z soul as reward why?

I have 1 of those, but I'm actually using it atm... so now I'm in the same boat having to farm the bejesus out of that one quest to get that soul again :(

So how to get "i'm the strognest in earth"???

To get "Im the strongest on earth" you need to go to parrel quests and go into "attack of saiyans".
In order to win z-soul you have to equip garlic gun skill. Then you have to kill FIRST the saibamen THEN radittz using the garlic gun as ultimate finish. 2nd stage you have to kill FIRST the 2 saibamans and THEN kill nappa using garlic gun as ultimate finish. DON'T TAKE yamchas help to heal you! 3rd stage you have to kill vegeta and like earlier you have to finish him with that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garlic gun. If you do that then nappa and raditz will apear and vegeta will rise (with 1/6 hp only). THEN you have to kill vegeta FIRST with that noob garlic gun for ultimate finish. Kill nappa and radditz any way you want.
After that you will recive z-soul "im the strongest on earth"

If nappa and radittz won't show after you killed vegeta that means you didn't kill them in right way and you will not recive z-soul and have to make that quest again.

level 85 with my main character, 50 hours of play so far, and there is some masters i still haven't seen even once lol. they do need to do something about it, it's not very handy the way it is right now.

And yet it's still a mess today to find some masters. There is a lot of unused space where we used to respawn after a quest, near the time machines, they could make them chill out there.

Yeah, it would definitely be nice if all the masters were present at all times.
