Anyone know how to get Goku to transform? I know you have to kill Krillin first, but what do you do beyond that? I've only gotten it to work once.

Its just luck i think sometimes he does and sometimes he doesnt just keep trying is what i did

To get the Drop, you need to kill Krillin first, and Wait till Goku turns. The drop is completely random, but this will increase your chance. If you get tired of trying to grind it out, beat the Android Saga, which is right after the cell saga, the android saga, is two missions long, then you can buy the Saiyan Ability at a skill shop for 40,000
