you have to equip the energy charge skill. charging ki takes up a super slot

yeah, charging ki only works with attack or the charge skill. you can equip/buy it on the skill store

like charging shouldnt be a skill like in all the games you could charge ki without a skill needed i have been playing since the first ps1 game thats a bit rich of them ballbags to do this ♥♥♥♥

Human's innate includes auto ki regen. It's not amazing, but it helps a bit.
