What're high mix/ultimate mix capsules?

I was watching something that revealed mission spoil rewards, what are those capsules that appear on nearly every parallel quest?

also can you find items outside of that mission's drop list? say dragon balls, or other skills/costumes/moves/etc?

maybe, maybe not. They could be incredible strong capsules and you gotta grind for them rather then just buy them.

I've yet to see a streamer get one, so just wondering if anyone can fill us in.

Those capsules are empty ones that you can "mix" to become a healing capsule, Ki booster or Stamina booster along with some capsules that can take debuffs from you. You can gather materials for mixing during missions. As for dragon balls. There are missions where time patrollers are present and if you defeat them there's a chance that they drop a dragon ball. So far there's an exploite to grind dragon balls easily during the mission "The explosion of Namek". Especially at a higher level. As for anything else outside of the drop list. Sadly no. But its not even set in stone that you will get ANYTHING at the end of a mission. It depends on certain conditions, luck and your end rating. The only thing outside of the list are said dragon balls or hercule marks from the time patrollers. The latter are just sellable for a certain amount of Zeni depending on their rarity.
