Superman wins. Unfortunately Ki isn't magic so unless Goku blows up the sun he really doesn't stand a chance against Superman. However if Goku somehow blew up the sun then not only could he beat superman but he could kill everyone on earth. Win/Win situation.

Yes, there is Gogeta in Super Saiyan 1 and 4. There is no SSGSS form Gogeta, so how can we compare Gogeta (in a form that he doesn't even have) to anyone?

Well, they could certainly fuse. However, they haven't, so we can't know how strong that Gogeta would be.

Perhaps SS4 Gogeta would have been a better candidate for this topic.

A different issue is not how strong he is, but how long the fusion lasts. Will it last for its regular duration?

Fun topic but honestly...no character from DBZ would defeat Superman. It would be one hell of a fight for sure, but...Supermans power is truly limitless and we do not even know the full extent of his powers since he has NEVER gone all out against someone. DBZ characters have all kinds of planet busting and beyond type powers but Darksieds Omega Beams can hit with that kind of force against Superman consecutively and never really do any real damage to Superman. So it would end up a fist fight since energy attacks would be useless against Supes. In terms of physical strength there is unfortunately no measurement for any of the DBZ characters, but for Supes we have the one off shoot story where he lifted two hundred quintillion tons with one arm. Speed is more than likely equal. Both characters can move at about light speed. It would be an intense fight, but Supes would win through attrition nullifying all the martial arts skill that any DBZ character would have. And before I get called one. No I am not a Superman fan boy. If you have read anything about Superman you know that this is a fight no DBZ character could win. Best bet for a DBZ victory would be to use Shenron or Porunga.

Goku would not know where to found one and if you read the comics all the kryptonite is pretty much eaten up by Earth-3 superman only one a simple is batman but it very small to the point it not going to do much.
