How do i get vegita to teach me final barrage?
Because i got the z-soul and he keeps telling me i ned to take him out on PQ's so what do i do

If he tells you to do PQs, then take him on PQs. Go to Offline Parallel Quest and use him as follower

I am pretty sure he dosen't teach you that one, the last move you get from him is the Final Flash move.
