. Don't cheat, be fair and legit with that bro <3
Actually, due to the horrible RNG use for drop rates (everything in the game is RNG no matter how well you perform), cheating should not be shamed. Devs who put that level of RNG in their games are the ones who should be shamed.
The way it should be, if you fulfill all conditions to go for Ultimate Finish, you should get it 100% of the time instead of 25% of the time. As for item and skill drops, the better you do, the closer to 100% the drop rate should get. Skill based, not luck based. Some of us don't have the time to grind a billion times because some incompetent chucklehead decided RNG drops was a good idea.
That said, there is a CT for guaranteed drops, but... it does't work. Best you can do is set yourself to infinite Stamina and Ki (which the AI always has anyway) and nuke PQs as fast as possible. To be a purist who just wants around the RNG, simply make a rule for yourself that you have to legit clear something with Z rank Ultimate before you can cheat during the mission (this ensures you're only cheating the RNG).

And while that says it only works for version 1.07 (current is 1.08), I downgraded the version of my game to version 1.07 and it seems to work perfectly to increase drop rates to 100%. That's the only cheat I'm using.
