That's what I had thought, but it wasn't working. Figured out why though. It drains Stamina for subsequent blasts instead of Ki, and I was often using it on a bar or less of Stamina. I WAS MISLEAD BY THE DESCRIPTION.
Kaioken x20 + Neo Tribeam = win
Yeah, x20 makes moves that would otherwise consume stamina not do so, in exchange for draining your stamina faster than x3 or base Kaioken, right?
Correct, But if you have "rise to action" you can sacrifice you Ki for Stamina then you can use Maximum Power Charge to replenish your Ki.
Yep, and I do have Rise to Action. The interesting thing I've noticed is that Shin Kikohou is hard capped at 11 blasts(initial ki-consuming blast and 10 stamina-consuming blasts) per use. I guess that's for the best, otherwise people with really high stamina would only have to graze someone with one blast while in Kaioken x20 to begin stunlocking them to death.
