As far as creatures go, we might need to look at you save file to find what might be missing there. We have verified that the creature edit list is possible to achieve, but you're right, it is hard to break that one down.
As for the new crack, yes, I did find it, but I'll go back and try again just to make sure. Like I said, one 20 cracks show on my map, and there are no question marks left.
The Skybastard IS included, Old Pro Coffin however is not. If you would like, I can post the list in this thread.

On the other hand, I found out WHY I was off by one rock. The same thing happened on my third playthrough, but this time, creative use of groupthink and flying under the world and FINALLY I located it in a VERY dark cave. You guys are evil, y'know that?
A side note: when you are trying to locate which creatures are near you the map makes it a bit complicated :P, the creatures just beside you show up somewhat far from you on map but given the "unfinished" nature of the map I didn't think of it as a bug or something though.
As far as the queen, you are right, that is by design, since she is achored to the environment and cannot be summoned we didn't want to add the unneccessary visual noise.
About spacing creatures on map, not a problem at all, I just wanted to make a note about that. It's good then don't pile up on each other and, as I said, given the "unfinished" nature of the map it just added a little touch to the environment, hehe.
This math doesn't match (it sounded weird lol).
