The game will not open at all. [video]

Here's the video

For those that don't want to watch the video, i'll explain in more detail what's happening.
Note that I will heavily be referencing to the video.

I have validated, ran the game with no other programs open, and restarted my computer. Right after restarting I ran a validation, which came up empty, again, but the game still refuses to open.

I've just downloaded the game, hence the 3 minuets I have on record, when I click play in Steam, the process called "TERA-Launcher" opens up, after a few minuets it will automatically close, with no obvious error or log.

After that I went into the games folders, and tried running those as administrator, I don't know weather I should have a file called "SSNL", as shown in the video I open the .exe called "TL"
I get an error that says "Can't find SSNL"

I've run the diagnostic that is in the games folder, called "EMEDiag" Everything is above reccomended.

Tell me what I should do to fix this, because so far Google serches have come up empty for me.
