The Armor that can only be dyed black

so, I got an outfit with fashion coupons, the Gunner's Will Armor, the fancy sacle looking one with the animation Pauldron, I triple checked to make sure it was the "Dyeable" version, which it is, and attempted to dye it. The Dye was consummed, and the armor says Dyed, but rather than the 255 Red I wanted, it came out jet black, the same color it was purchased... Sent a ticket, En Masse won't do anything about it, anyone else get this to happen too?

Unequip your costume, go to inventory press your dye and drag your custome to slot.

hmmm, the costume is marked as "dyed" but as is seen the the video, it's still black
