Use them fast before their use limit is reached!

Log into your game account via the web site http://tera.enmasse.com/ the go to "Settings", "Enter Code", and paste one of the following codes in. You will need to close both the game & the launcher & restart them after you have put the codes in. Once you have restarted the launcher & game your free items will now be in your items claim. I have tested all codes on this new account I setup about 10 minutes ago so all codes still work right now. You can only use each code once per account. Enjoy!

That site seem like a scam.
Why, well normal when a site wants a mail for a key, it is becouse the key is 1 time only, not the case here, normal many uses keys are just listed on a site.
Also the fact you need to have gmail/hotmail or a main that is not a temp, even when you say no to getting mails from them, tells me they want your mail so they can sell it to spammers.

Can confirm that the gameitems.com site is not a scam, worked perfectly for me a few months ago and I never got any spam from them at all.

Nice, thanks for the code....But instead of using media they should have sent these codes to everyone's email (those that did the event). Also it said that these items were going to be added to our account, all i see is that its tied to only one character.... Guess enmasse lied....
