En Masse Tera isn't Gameforge Tera?

I've been playing Tera on http://en.tera.gameforge.com/news/index and have some characters there, but I can't link the account.

Is this a different game or what?

Looks like there's Gameforge version and also the Enmasse version?

I was from gamrforge too and it's another server you have to start from the scratch on tera if you play steam tera since it's enmasse which is north american server . Gamforge is european server .

The version that has been released on Steam this time is TERA NA, published by EnMasse Entertainment.

The current stance of the developers of TERA NA is that you will have to create a new account on TERA NA and start over if you want to play TERA through Steam.

Hmm, so if I get it right, the Gameforge one is EU and the En Masse is NA, right? Are these games the same or not then?

It's still TERA at the core, but the way that they are handled by the respective publishers is quite different.

The EU version is ♥♥♥♥ and should remain in a dumpster, all EUs are welcome to the NA version

They're the same, but on different servers. And Gameforge manages the in-game shop in EU, and En Masse on NA.

As I said even it's same game it's not host by same host server so you will have to restart on everything if you play tera NA it has nothing to do with tera EU . The items names are different and there is a lot of different stuffs on tera na too .

Okies, the biggest one is that Gameforge recently made it (essentially) so that you have to buy endgame content to be able to progress in endgame content, where in EME has set it up so that you can play the endgame content to progress in endgame content.This change happened recently, resulting in a mass movement of players from TERA EU to TERA NA.

Or so I have heard from the EU players that have moved over to TERA NA in-game.

Thats pretty much accurate. I've been playing Tera EU since the closed betas and it's been getting more and more pay to play. Right now it's almost impossible to progress there without spending a few hundred Euros or spending 90% of your life grinding the same dungeon. I moved to the NA version and I live in the UK, my ping is about 130 but only a slight delay difference since Gameforge servers are terrible anyway.

than you try to download the EU version you get endless patches on gameforges new live portal it is horrible better you take the NA version from EnMasse than you can good english

Wasn't there a barney on the EU version over the alkhalest drops and upgrading to +15 as well. I remember a ton of froth over the difficulty in getting it.
