Creating a Healer/Priest

Hi I'd like to get stuck into Terra now it's on steam and create a healer/priest type character for support play in groups. Are there any recommendations for racial types when making a priest?
It's not evident if racial choice will 'gimp' healer class so any tips would be appreciated.

Race honestly makes such a tiny impact you don't have to worry, but if you really want to get the most benefit then roll as a High Elf for healer. So if you ever die and someone revives you, racial perk will auto regen mana for you.

But honestly you should choose whatever race you like best visually. Also keep in mind clothing for females in each race are different; humans like pants, elves like skirts, castanics like shreds of clothing, and elins like dresses[?].

Yeah go to create a character for each race and take a peek at their outfits tab. shows some misc gear from various level ranges (obviously not every piece of gear)

If you like how the race looks.. go with it!

Racials are truly a very minor impact on the game unlike other games.

Roll a priest if this is your first time healing anything. It's much less likely to go wrong.

As for classes, I see mostly High Elves because of racial skills or Elins because of the tiny hit boxes.

Today I ran a dungeon, I met a Amani Healer, he was the cutest amani healer I have ever seen, his large build, with tiny pink wings. He was a god!
