Copy mine if you want it. I only change the font size idk if you can change the font itself.
Have fun though Ima play something else with bigger FONTS :)
No idea if this affects but maybe its your own Windows *Display settings(right-click Desktop > Personalize > Display) which could be affecting the game, try changing to one that isn't the smallest.
In-game UI settings, you can manually increase anything of the Combat UI(includes quest tracker, minimap, main menu). If its Chat, it self has custom options for it.
Still the same almost 5 years later.
Yeah, this wouldn't be the first potentially enjoyable game I've ditched after a very short time because of horrible design stuff. If I can't even get into the game without some BS, I really don't want to make a lot of progress and find some other broken crap.
Personally I'm gonna try the suggestions above (thanks, everyone! <3 :) ) but yeah, I shouldn't be having to apply community-sourced fixes for REALLY basic stuff, it tells me the devs aren't very interested in fixing anything.
I'm very hesitant to get into microtransactions, Patreon boosts, etc in f2p games for just this reason, especially when reading nightmare stories about people who've sunk serious money into a game and then server crash/act of God and they lose everything and the devs just shrug coz they've got their money already.
