Hi Everybody!

I am Treeshark, the Producer for TERA here at En Masse Entertainment. I’ve been at En Masse practically since inception, and with TERA in various roles, including Producer for the last few years.

We’re very excited to bring TERA over to the Steam Community. It’s still the best MMO to play to me, but I may be a bit biased. Since, you know, I only speak for trees and sharks. You temp banned me for "talking back to a moderator" when I quoted you and suggested that forum users like it more when you post actively with information rather than just spend all your time waiting for people to get upset about no information and lock their threads.

You permanently banned me for "never contributing" without any warnings (which you should have given according to the forum rules), because I was constantly giving you harsh constructive criticism and being helpful to other forum members who asked questions or were trolled by the accepted "anti-elin" posters who got away with murder.

It might look like I'm angry and holding a grudge, but I'm actually over all that. I just wanted to remind you of it and hope that you too have grown as a person and took some of my advice to heart. Would have loved a forum unban, but 2013 the support said they can't do ban appeals because it is a ban.

I was actually considering playing some (since I'm 90% sure forum bans do not include the game), but I read something about Blue-hole destroying the wonderful customization of gear model transformation and I just didn't feel like starting at that moment. Did it get solved in a good way or is the game worse than during release?

Anyway, consider yourself forgiven, and hopefully you've forgiven me as well.

Heck yeah Terra is the Best MMO EVAR!. Ive tired many FTP MMOS in the past and the game play suxs or the games main interface/UI is crap and just over crowded with too much stuff going on. Just as bad as malware and addon pop ups on your IE toolbar lol And i gave up on those game. But when i tried Tera i was so shocked that it was F2P and the game is so visually clean and the interface is so clean and everything is so well polished and even gameplay. Iv'e just been wating for it to come on steam so bad now. HUrry up with the game guys! lol

Hello, I've been playing Tera for a couple of years now and I wonder if you are going to optimize the game, for the love of god this game has an horrendous optimization even for my machine, its a 4 year old game, you really should be focused on upgrading this stuff instead of publishing only Elin's costumes.

They never will. Its been an issue for years and it will remain an issue until the game is shut down.

Either they suck at coding or refuse to fix it or both or something else that ends up just being a piss-poor excuse not to do anything about it.
