Also to keep up mobility, don't attack enemies. Leave that to DPS and Tank. You are there to heal, not join the fight. But once you get defense debuff glyph for Triple Nemesis, then you can join the fight.
Don't forget the buff and try to refill party member's mana with your mana charge skill. That helps a lot.
And yes, I second getting the defense reduction glyph on Triple Nemesis. Helps increase your party's damage, great for bosses.
If you're talking about high level stuff, like level 50+, then I'm not familiar with that yet personally.
There are glyphs that are VERY IMPORTANT to have. People will get pissed off at you, and more than likely flame you, if you do not have these skills glyphed:
PvE Glyphs Needed:
Take note: When you are healing you have priority heals. You are the number 1 priority, everyone else can be resurrected. Always heal yourself first, then the tank, then the dps. Always keep tanks and yourself alive in dungeons.
Take note: Let floormats, be floormats. When someone is constanty dying, and causes you to spend more time resurrectiong them than healing the tank and dps, leave them be. They added boons to a dungeon for a reason.
Take note: Always cleanse debuffs before you heal. It doesn't matter how much you heal them when they have a debuff on them that can be cleansed.
Take note: Only use Focus Heal when all of your other heals are on cooldown. Focus heal is a last resort heal.
Crystals best used on Priests for PvE at Endgame:
These are place holder crystals until you can get Dyad Niveots, which soul bind to your armor/weapon.
Follow the endgame crystals list for which crystal names you should have at these levels. Example Level 45: Fine Brilliant Pentant, Fine Hardy Pentant, Fine Swift Pentant. Crystals and their level progression:
Rhomb (1-11)
Caboochon (11-23)
Hexage (23-35)
Pentant (35-48)
Concach (48-58)
Crux (58-65)
Niveot (65)
Dyad Niveot (65)

Agree, I never have much problem using focus heal, and before this trhead I never realize the importance to learn using the other heals (thanks for the tips). In general focus heal I can heal the 2 players that are closest to the boss without risk getting too much close. Recently I'm using the Purifying Circle with the default combo after (also a heal magic). I'm a priest level 41 now, playing almost time solo, using machmaking for group dungeons. It's surprisingly fun play solo with a support class :D, I use Shocking Implosion as primary source of demage with the default combo and Tripple Nemesis at cooldowns. I use all the buffs before the battle (almost all of then have 15 min effects)
